Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2023 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK XPS have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Hub City W50B parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Hughes products, including obsoleted and phased-out Nacco parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Iai product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Hughes such as the A00544702 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 8819484 manufactured by Nacco and we are pleased to be able to service most Nacco systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature RCSCSMI1502 by Manufacturer Iai as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 YORK has Humphrey Brand 0624E121366170 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Husky such as 71976 equipment made by Husky have been added to our featured items. Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 609 by Hugo-Sachs and 71976 spares by Husky are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original WD9999 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Hughes.
